• Clean and disinfect countertops

• Clean and disinfect inside and outside of cabinets and drawers

• Clean and disinfect sinks and faucets

• Clean and polish stainless steel appliances and surfaces

Windows And Glass

• Clean and polish interior windows, removing any construction residue or smudges

• Clean and wipe down window frames and sills

• Remove any paint or adhesive from window glass

• Clean and polish glass doors and partitions

• Remove any protective film or stickers from windows and glass surfaces

Final Touches

• Inspect the area for any missed spots or areas that require additional cleaning

• Dispose of all reasonable trash and debris from the construction site in provided containers

• Conduct a final walk through to ensure the area is clean and ready for use

Dust Removal

• Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, windowsills, and ledges

• Dust and wipe down all furniture, shelves, and fixtures

• Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures

• Dust and clean air vent covers

• Dust and wipe down any exposed pipes or wiring

Bathroom

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and urinals

• Clean and disinfect shower stalls, bathtubs, and enclosures

• Clean and polish mirrors, fixtures, and countertops

• Clean and sanitize bathroom floors 

• Clean and disinfect inside and outside of cabinets and drawers

Flooring

• Sweep and mop hard floors, ensuring all dust and debris are removed 

• Vacuum carpets

• Remove any paint, adhesive, or construction residue from floors

• Clean and sanitize stair cases, railings, and steps
